Bravo, good chap.

I like the part where it goes-

-duh duh duh duh duh duh duh. Most beautiful musical composition of the past 5 million years.

So yeah

I stumbled upon this by sheer happenstance. I actually like it because it's so incredibly random and kinda boggles my mind a little bit. Not only that, but there's an advertisement for Myth: Angel's Online just to the left, and after a bit, it shows a chick who's big ass boobs start jiggling for absolutely no reason. The thing is, the jiggled perfectly on-time with the flute sound, and subsequently, I began laughing my fucking ass off. For that reason, I shall give you a 10.

Mario 64 Final Bowser Fight FTW!!

Yes!!!

Man!

Have you ever played Metroid Prime or Metroid Prime 2? I swear that after the beginning part fades into the bell-like section, it gives me the same feeling that some of the soundtracks did for Metroid. This feeling is one where my body temperature changes. I become cold. It feels like winter in this place, even though I can see the last remnants of summer all around me. It becomes a journey where I see nothing but the frigid fog in front of me, leading to a forest I can never reach. My footsteps are that of 1 step forward, 2 steps back, stuck in an eternal cycle of walking towards that forest, not knowing what's behind me, or what's in the forest. All I am left with is the pure curiosity and wonder of what change in emotion that forest will bring. Simplified: Cold, distant wonder.

I don't why this song isn't rated 5.00/5.00

The guitar sound is some of the most unique I've heard, where it sounds like it's off-tune, but it works so well with it all. Great work man!

SineRider responds:

Oh, you're too nice :)

I did retune my guitar to different notes, so maybe that's why is sounds different.

This song

Was an acid trip for my ears. A good acid trip. Like the acid trip that cause you to discover your hands and you can see the air. Haha

Anyways, very good song. Chill, calming, psychedelic. I love it.

SineRider responds:

I like your imagery. Nice review :)

I like it, but

It sounds like your bass and high end peak mastering could use some work. But don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT melody. The melody itself deserves to be mastered in the best way possible, if you're getting me. Very good job though! Maybe throw some low end reverb or delay on the low octave strings in the intro portion. Still listening to it, sounds like you have some Pirates of the Carribean soundtrack influence in there! :D

Great job all around man. Keep doing things like this, and you'll be making tracks for movies! I'm impressed, and I rarely say that.

robomanus responds:

You know, everything was written in score, note after note. I've given a midi file to my father and he put the samples. I've never listened to the Pirates of the Carribean soundtrack so every similarity is random. The main theme is from Nathan Pinard so thanks to him. Thx for review man!

Hm!

Sounds like you used a VST I'm fond of called StringZ2 with the CinemaMood preset? I like it!

lidlurch responds:

lol, i just used garage band
